BOOKING ESSENTIAL. Cancellation Policy When booking we can only accept credit card details to reserve your room. The first nights booking will be taken as a non-refundable deposit. No other monies will be taken out of your account until departure. If you have to cancel for any reason please let us know within two weeks to allow us to re-sell the room. There will be a £20 charge to your card for any amendments  to your booking.If you cancel any less than two weeks before you are due to arrive the full amount of your booking dates will be charged to your card. It is advisable to take out a holiday insurance policy. If you do not arrive your card will be charged for the full amount of your booking.
